RETRUN AND REFUND POLICY

Please read carefully

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at +91-8104392867. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  1. After call initiate step 3  
  2. After approval from our side you have to courier the product at this location

Near By Johri Enclave Metro Gulab Vatika, Jawahar Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201102 and also mail the courier id and customer details and order       number on this mail id Lezyrocare@gmail.com.

  1. After the package arrives we will contact you for the next exchange process.
  2. Exchange process completed with new order details send to customer       registered mobile number.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, We will call you for the new item.

Refunds

Refund service available when order is canceled from our side due to some issue with order. Note only we are able to cancel and initiate refund

In case customers want a refund due to an order product not in good condition or any other issue then after receiving the product back to our location. We will initiate a refund.

Refund Process may take 10-14 days to credit into your account. You will get an update from the razorpay/cashfree team like RRN number and Refund id on your email id. 

[Note: You have to courier and pay the products courier charges for (Exchange/Return/Refund) at our location and then we will initiate the Refund/Exchange/Return after product received ]
